What medications are included in the online catalog on your website?
Our online catalog includes either branded or generic medications. Branded has a not “Brand” before the name.
How can I order drugs from your website?
All the details of the ordering procedure are described on the page “How it works?”. Get acquainted with it and make an order online.
Do you require a prescription?
If you opt for a prescription drug, you are welcome to send us a prescription via email in the “Contact Us” section.
What shipping rates do you have?
The shipping rates will be dependent on the delivery option you opt for, your residence, and the medications you buy. Add the products prescribed to the shipping cart and see the fees offered by XLPharmacy.
Do you ship globally?
Our online company offers global delivery. The destination plays no major role for us. The exception is some remote Asian countries. We are planning to expand the boundaries and include them in the shipping list a little bit later. Please, contact our customer care department if you have some doubts about whether your location is out of the area of jurisdiction.
How do you send orders?
We respect the right of our customers for security and confidentiality. We follow the requirements to send packages in discreet wrappers with no labels outside the parcel.
What if the package is lost, damaged or some items are missing?
In any case, only our customer care department can inform you what to do, in this case. In any case, you will get a refund or reshipment free of charge.
What shipping options do you offer?
At the right moment, our online pharmacy ships parcels with the help of 2 shipping options: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). Get acquainted with more details on the “Shipping Options” page.
What to do if I still haven’t got my parcel?
If you opted for Trackable Courier Service, you can track the order through your tracking code. If you chose standard airmail delivery, then it requires up to 30 business days for your parcel to be brought. If you do not get your parcel within this term, please, contact our customer care department. They will inform what rights you have.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB. E-Checks are one more option to pay for orders online.
How can I check the status of my order?
Tracking your order status depends on your destination. You can either contact our customer support team or check the status online through the website.
